Berneray Island (1952-1953)

The Islanders were desperate to have Duncan Campbell come and visit, but all their entreaties failed. However, in 1952 he was in Bangor for a convention when the Lord told him to go immediately to Berneray. Although he was due to speak the next night he left for Berneray.

He was there in April 1952and May 1953 and had great success on both occasions. Everyone that was able came to the meetings.

There was also revival on the island in 1880.
