William and Catherine Booth's Home - Gore Road

Date: 1868-1880  ·  Place: London  ·  Type: Place of Interest well

The house had a large garden.

This part of Gore Road was bombed during the war and in the redevelopment all the roads were changed, so not sure where number 3 was. It would have been a larger house than those still standing in the other part of Gore Road.

The house was near Christ Church.

There is a Nineteenth Century map attached.
