Penryn - Salvation Army (1882)

This is also known as Falmouth II.

Since we opened fire here, we have had grand times. Meetings indescribable. Sinners getting saved every night and believers getting sanctified. Friday nights Holiness Meeting grand; feathers, flowers and jewellery being laid on the altar. Sunday was good all day. Barracks packed and 12 sinners in the Fountain, making about 20 in two weeks hallelujah!

From, 'The War Cry', July 1882.

This is just one example of what was happening here. More reports can be seen from the War Cry in future months/years.

Additional Information

Ido not know where the meetings were held.
