Shafton Primitive Methodists (1821)



Mr Taylor continued to labour with great success in the Barnsley branch, and much good was effected at Horbury, Skelmauthorpe, Shafton, Royston, Silkstone, Thurgoland, Hoylandswain, and many other places. During the quarter ending March l9th, 1821, there was a great in-gathering of precious souls, upwards of four hundred being added to the societies in this branch.
