Frodsham Town Hall (1875)

CHESHIRE.-Mr. G. Hefford, of the Evangelisation Society has been holding a series of services in the Town Hall, Frodsham, during the past three weeks. On many occasions the hall was filled with those who seldom, or never, darken the doors of any of our places of worship. The services have been productive of much good. Several cases of decided conversion have come to our knowledge. One is that of a young lady from a neighbouring village, who is now working hard to bring her relatives to the Cross. The last Sabbath evening will be ever memorable, the crowded audience being all melted to tears when urged by the evangelist to flee from the wrath to come.
